Lukashenko wishes Happy Nowruz to Iranians

On behalf of Belarusian people and himeslf, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent Nowruz greetings to Iran President Ebrahim Raisi and the people of Iran as they celebrate the start of the year 1403 in line with the Iranian calendar, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“I am happy about the friendly relations between our countries that are based on the principles of openness, respect and equal dialogue. I am sure that this year Minsk and Tehran will continue to  expand cooperation in line with the highest-level agreements reached during my visit to the Islamic Republic Iran in March last year. May the awakening brought by the spring holiday of Nowruz help Your Excellency in your demanding work,” the message of congratulations reads.
