The Energy Ministry of Belarus and Russia's Gazprom discussed cooperation in the gas sector, BelTA learned from the press service of the ministry.
A working visit of Belarusian Energy Minister Viktor Karankevich and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Dmitry Krutoi with Gazprom Chairman Alexey Miller took place in St. Petersburg.
The parties discussed the most important issues related to the gas sector, the ministry said.
