MINSK, 18 January (BelTA) – There should be no external borrowings at high interest rates, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said in a session on Belarus economic development prospects. “We must live within our means. No more printing of money, no debts. We have had enough of it,” the head of state said. According to him, the country is coming out of the crisis. “Therefore we should not turn to external high-priced borrowing markets. We should forget about this. This is the right approach and it is not subject to any disputes,” the president said.
