“Modern Vietnam, according to the precepts of Ho Chi Minh, is successfully continuing to build an independent and fair state for the people,” said the Belarusian head of state.

Aleksandr Lukashenko pointed out that Minsk and Hanoi have established relations of true friendship and trust not subject to the state of foreign policy.

The Belarusian president also expressed his conviction: “Bilateral cooperation in industry, agriculture, science, education and culture has considerable potential, and we will be able to realize it to the full, despite the limitations caused by the world pandemic and other temporary difficulties.
