Lukashenko: Roman Catholic Church in Belarus is vigorously developing

The Roman Catholic Church in Belarus is vigorously developing and working productively, the message of birthday greetings from Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko to Metropolitan of Minsk and Mogilev of the Roman Catholic Church in Belarus, Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz reads, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

"The Roman Catholic Church in Belarus is vigorously developing and has held numerous successful social and charity events," Alexander Lukashenko said.

The President expressed confidence that the pastoral and spiritual activities of Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz will help enhance Christian traditions, promote civil peace and accord, develop productive relations between the state and the Roman Catholic Church.
