MINSK, 15 October (BelTA) – The European Commission is developing the energy efficiency and energy saving project for Belarus. The cost of the project is ?5 million, head of the Delegation of the European Commission in Belarus Jean-Eric Holzapfel told a press conference in Minsk on 15 October. Jean-Eric Holzapfel noted that the project foresees the political support of the energy management bodies, the development of renewable and alternative energy sources. He also reported that the project will be implemented in close cooperation with the Belarusian Energy Ministry.
