VIREBSK, 8 February (BelTA) – The Energy Saving Technologies, Equipment, and Materials international exhibition and conference will be held in Vitebsk on 9 February. About 60 enterprises and organizations will take part in the event, BelTA learnt from the Vitebsk Oblast Marketing Center Consulting Company. The event, which will be held in Vitebsk Oblast for the 8th time, will feature the presentation of the new inventions in the field of energy saving, the discussion of energy saving problems and efficiency of its use, and also the demonstration of modern energy saving technologies, materials, and equipment. A plenary session “Energy saving. The experience and strategies of development” is also on the agenda. The session will highlight the best practices of foreign countries in the field of energy saving. The discussion on pressing problems of energy saving and efficiency of its use will be held within the framework of the event. Taking part in the conference will be representatives of industrial enterprises, housing and utilities companies, design organizations, specialists from research centers, and educational institutions of Vitebsk Oblast. There are also plans to conduct business meetings for potential business partners interested in implementation of energy saving projects. Taking part in the exhibition will be enterprises from all Belarus’ oblasts, and also Belarusian offices of German, Finnish, and Russian producers of energy saving equipment and technologies. The international exhibition and conference have been organized by Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee, Vitebsk Oblast Marketing Center, and Vitebsk Oblast department for rational use of fuel and energy resources.
