The purpose of the competition is to improve the activity of the editorial offices of print, television and radio broadcasting media in comprehensive and objective informing the population about events in the social, political, economic and cultural life, to upgrade the professional and ideological level of the media, including on the global computer network Internet, stimulating the creative activity of journalists and other employees of legal entities who are entrusted with the functions of media editorial offices.
