In the Vitebsk region, an individual entrepreneur violated tax legislation

During a desk audit of an individual entrepreneur in the Postavy district, it was established that tax deductions when calculating VAT included amounts presented by sellers of goods in those periods when the entrepreneur was not a VAT payer. These actions are a violation of the tax legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

On a voluntary basis, the entrepreneur clarified his tax obligations in the amount of 300 thousand rubles.

The Tax Inspectorate reminds that one of the significant sources of information used by tax authorities to monitor the activities of payers is information on the amounts of value added tax on the Tax Inspectorate Portal.
