Presentation of school graduates diplomas in Vitebsk Oblast will take place in the open air. Solemn events will be held on June 10-11, the Education Office of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee said. According to the Education Office’s recommendation, almost all activities are scheduled for June 10
