Deputy Director of the Dokshitsy bakery of OJSC “Vitebskhlebprom” Andrey Vysokikh: “Keeping up with the times is the principle of our enterprise”

– I have always been drawn to studying technical sciences. As a child, I really enjoyed taking apart old tape recorders down to the smallest screws and studying how and what worked there. I was so carried away by this activity that I didn’t notice the time ,” says Andrei Vysokikh. – After graduating from Vitebsk State Technological University with a degree in design engineer, he came to Dokshitsy. I myself come from Lepel. Mom works at a bakery all her life, dad is a driver. We can say that I borrowed professional knowledge from them. He started as a chief engineer. Despite the fact that the specifics of the activity were somewhat different from the specialty in the diploma, experienced colleagues helped me get used to it. Therefore, from the first day it was comfortable to work at the Dokshitsy bakery.

Andrei Vysokikh considers his profession not only interesting, but also responsible. A wide range of responsibilities includes, among other things, resolving all issues related to the modernization of production.

– It should be noted that in this regard we are only developing. Keeping up with the times is the principle of our company. So, this year we purchased a dough sheeter and opened a store in the agricultural town of Porplishche: the retail facility became popular from the first days. The issue of purchasing a vehicle for delivering bakery products next year is currently being considered ,” notes Andrei Vysokikh.

Speaking about the team, the deputy director emphasizes that this is a united, proactive team that works exclusively for results. For achievements in the field of quality in 2022, the Dokshitsy bakery was awarded the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Prize.
