An open competitive selection and departmental scientific and technical examination of projects (works, events) financed from the funds of the innovation fund of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee is carried out on the basis of the Instruction on the procedure for conducting and using the funds of the innovation fund of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee, approved by the decision of Vitebsk Oblast Council of Deputies dated August 23 2012 No. 203 (hereinafter referred to as the Instruction).
