A center for medical rehabilitation of wheelchair users created in Polotsk

The head of Polotsk United Organization of the Republican Association of Wheelchair Users is the holder of the silver medal of the XIII Summer Paralympic Games in Beijing, repeated winner and prize winner of the World Cup and world fencing championships, laureate of the Man of the Year of Vitebsk Oblast award Nikolai Bezyazychny.
