Lukashenko: A hybrid war is waged against CIS countries

A permanent hybrid war is being waged against the peoples of the CIS countries, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with the participants of the CIS Internal Affairs Ministers Council on 8 August, BelTA has learned.    

“A permanent hybrid war is being waged against our peoples. Each of the CIS countries has already experienced at least one color revolution, which in fact means an attempted coup d'état,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
