Vitebsk Oblast to host international youth camp Be-La-Rus on 26-29 July
MINSK, 17 July (BelTA) – The international youth camp Be-La-Rus will be held in Vitebsk Oblast on 26-29 July, the press service of the BRSM Youth Union told BelTA. This year the international youth camp will bring together 650 young people. Its major theme will be cinema. “Guests and participants of the camp will be able to learn more about cinema, try their hand at movie-making, shoot a movie about the camp, attend master classes in movie-making,” the BRSM Youth Union informed. Besides, the young people will traditionally compete in football, volleyball, and a tug-of-war. The program of the camp envisages presentations by the BRSM Youth Union, the Progress Union of the Youth of Latvia, and the Russian Youth Union. Every year one of these associations takes charge of the organization of the camp. This year the camp is organized by the Progress Union of the Youth of Latvia. The international youth camp is symbolically held at the junction of the borders of Belarus, Latvia and Russia near the Mound of Friendship commemorating the military union of the partisans of the three states.БЕЛТА
