Vitebsk Oblast State Property Fund to hold big auction December 29

The Vitebsk Oblast State Property Fund will hold the biggest auction for the recent five years on December 29. Some 60 lots are expected to be offered at the auction, BelTA learnt in the Fund. According to specialists, investors may show their greatest interest in a group of buildings in the village of Zabelie of the Beshenkovichi region where a recreation area is expected to be created. Participants of the auction may also show their interest in the premises of the former distillery in the village of Plamya of the Senno region. A part of the premises is an architectural monument of the late 19th – the beginning of 20th centuries. The facilities occupy from 75 square metres to 1.8 square metres. Some 40 lots are the premises of the former military towns in the Polotsk region. As for other lots, these are two facilities in Gorodok where a trading centre and a hospital are expected to be set up and also storehouses in Vitebsk, an unused boiler-house and a building in Oktyabrskaya street (Vitebsk), the former ambulance station in the village of Plisy of the Glubokoe region, a building in the Braslav region, a sauna in Orsha, other facilities.
