Vitebsk Oblast budget revenues at Br2.6 trillion in January-August
VITEBSK, 17 September (BelTA) – In January-August 2010, the revenues of the consolidated budget of Vitebsk Oblast exceeded Br2.6 trillion or 104.8% of the plan, BelTA learnt from the press service of the inspection for Vitebsk Oblast of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties. The budgets of all levels fulfilled the revenue targets. The national budget received over Br1.4 trillion or 105.8% of the plan, the local one over Br1.2 trillion (103.6%). The main sources of tax revenues of the consolidated budget remain were excise taxes (34.8%) the value added tax (22%), income tax (12.3%), income and profit taxes (8.3%). Corporations paid 96% of the total payments controlled by tax authorities, with state-run corporations accounting for over 80.8% of the budget revenues. Individual entrepreneurs accounted for 2.4% of the budget revenues, individuals paid about 1.5% of the total revenues. There were almost 463,000 tax payers, including 16,700 corporations and over 30,000 individual entrepreneurs. As of 1 September 2010 overdue payments to the budget stood at Br12.5 billion, down by Br7.8 billion compared with the beginning of the year. Br14.2 billion has been recovered in debts, penalties and fines.БЕЛТА
