U.S. paratroopers to sharpen skills in Belarus

VITEBSK, 1 August (BelTA) – U.S. paratroopers are expected to hone their skills at the 103rd guards mobile brigade of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, BelTA learnt from deputy commander of the brigade Pavel Pishchulov. The delegation of the American military is set to arrive to the military unit on 1 August. The program of the visit will comprise a short paratroop training course at the air-borne center including parachute jumping activities. The guests will also get familiar with the history and an operational record of the brigade. The colleagues of the Belarusian paratroopers will take part in the celebrations of the Day of Airborne Forces in Vitebsk on 2 August.
