Transparent vote count in Belarus
VITEBSK, 23 September (BelTA) – The vote count process is transparent and open, CIS observer Anatoly Pevnev told media on 23 September. “The vote count process is going on openly. Observers stand near tables and the entire procedure is open to them from ballot box unsealing to the counting of votes. No manipulation can be done in such conditions,” he stressed. According to Anatoly Pevnev, observers sent by opposition parties have made no remarks regarding the vote count procedure.БЕЛТА
