The prosecutor of the Vitebsk region opened a criminal case against the head of one of the dairy farms

The prosecutor of the Vitebsk region initiated a criminal case against the head of one of the dairy farms of an agricultural organization on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Article 424 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

During the inspection, it was established that the latter, being an official, deliberately, out of mercenary and other personal interests, using his official powers, drew up and signed documents on behalf of 11 employees of the agro-complex for the purchase of cattle meat by them at the expense of wages, which in fact, they were not given.

The unlawful actions of the manager caused significant harm to the rights and legitimate interests of the employees of the enterprise, since, on the basis of these documents, the funds were withheld from the employees' wages.

To organize a preliminary investigation, the criminal case was sent to the Vitebsk ROSK
