The best dispatchers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been identified in the Vitebsk region
The competition was attended by the most trained operational duty officers, dispatchers of operational control centers, from each unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region, a total of 25 participants.
The first stage of the competition consisted of testing for general professional and special training, as well as testing for knowledge of the English language. Based on the results of the tests, the 6 best workers were selected and continued to compete in the second stage of the competition.
The participants began the second stage by solving introductory tasks on sending forces and means and practical radio communication, the ability to work with communications equipment, office equipment, software, knowledge of the responsibilities of a control center dispatcher, etc. Also, as part of the second stage, participants had to demonstrate their skills in providing advisory assistance to citizens in emergency situations, solving test tasks during listening tests in English and Russian.
Based on the results of the competition, places were distributed as follows:
1st place – warrant officer of the internal service Olga Trusevich, dispatcher of the central control center of the Novopolotsk city emergency department;
2nd place – senior sergeant of internal service Natalya Smetannikova, dispatcher of the central control center of the Vitebsk city emergency department;
3rd place – internal service lieutenant Denis Seryakov, operational duty officer of the Orsha city and regional emergency department.
