Singers of Belarusian origin shine at Vitebsk 2009 Song Contest, Pavel Latushko says
VITEBSK, 13 July (BelTA) – “All the participants of the Vitebsk-2009 song contest showed high singing skills,” Belarusian Culture Minister Pavel Latushko told BelTA. “The tough competition highlighted the outstanding singing skills of the participants. It is nice that the natives of Belarus showed good vocality skills,” said the Minister. He also mentioned the strong Gomel song school. Russia’s Dmitry Danilenko, the Grand Prix winner, and Belarusian Andrei Kolosov, the Second Prize winner, are both students of the same teacher from Gomel. Pavel Latushko also praised the high level of organisation of the song contest.БЕЛТА
