Rapota in favor of radical solution of Union State property issue
VITEBSK, 16 July (BelTA) – State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota told a press conference in Vitebsk on 15 July that he is in favor of a radical solution of the Union State property issue, BelTA has learnt. “The problem is long-running and complicated. There are 10 draft decisions that need to be signed and adopted. Two of them have already been passed, the third will be discussed at the session of the Union State Council of Ministers,” he said. “We need to adopt a radical solution otherwise we will not be able to resolve it for 10 years to come,” he said. “We should either do something or do not do anything and say that. We should not protract it for years,” Grigory Rapota said. He stated that he has some ideas on dramatic solution of this problem. He will voice these ideas after the session of the Union State Council of Ministers. “We need to come to grips with it, the sooner the better, because everyone is already sick and tired of it,” he said. The Union State invested funds in various projects every year. As a result, the Union State property was created; however, issues related to its registry, recognition and maintenance costs are still unresolved.БЕЛТА
