Positive OSCE ODIHR opinion about voting, vote count in Sennensky constituency
VITEBSK, 24 September (BelTA) – Representatives of the observation mission of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE ODIHR) positively evaluated the organization of the voting and the vote count in Sennensky election constituency No. 30, representatives of the electoral district commission told BelTA. On the elections day, 23 September OSCE ODIHR observers Claire Julian (Dublin, Ireland) and Olga Melnikova (Moscow, Russia) visited Sennensky election constituency No. 30 and left the following entry in the observers accreditation log: “The process of the organization of the voting and vote count is organized at the highest level”.БЕЛТА
