Workers of construction organizations that reconstructed the bridge and local residents were invited to the grand opening of the road junction.

“The most difficult times of wandering in agony in Vitebsk are over. I can imagine what the trouble was in the city when this overpass was not there, you had only the old one. But what a problem and trouble was when this old overpass was closed for a year and a half, maybe a little more, and the construction of this junction began. You see that Vitebsk could not exist without this miraculous construction. And then it would be worse and worse," Alexander Lukashenko said.
