Legal culture issues to be discussed in Vitebsk
VITEBSK, 9 December (BelTA) – The issues of legal culture as a foundation of a law-governed state will be discussed by legislators from three countries at the practice conference in Vitebsk. This conference will be held on 10 December at the Piotr Masherov Vitebsk State University, BelTA learned from the dean of the law department Alexander Bochkov. Attending the conference will be almost 300 specialists from Belarus, Russia and Estonia, namely scientists and lectures of universities, legislators, prosecutors, law enforcement officials and lawyers. Prosecutor General of Belarus Grigory Vasilevich, President of the Supreme Economic Court Viktor Kamenkov and a judge of the Constitutional Court Tadeush Voronovich are going to speak at the plenary meeting. The conference will be devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of legal culture in the modern world, namely the formation of constitutional culture, the role of legal system in this process, accessibility of justice, professional culture of lawyers and other issues. The conference is initiated by the Piotr Masherov Vitebsk State University.БЕЛТА
