In January-July Vitebsk Oblast revenues exceed Br2.3 trillion
VITEBSK, 17 August (BelTA) – In January-July this year the revenues of the Vitebsk Oblast consolidated budget amounted to more than Br2. trillion, or 104.8% to the plan, BelTA learnt from the press center of Vitebsk oblast inspectorate of the Tax and Duties Ministry. The national budget revenues amounted to more than Br1.2 trillion, or 102.6% to the plan. Revenues to the local budget made up Br1.1 trillion (107.3%). The main sources of incomes are excises (35.7% of the total revenues), VAT (19.3%), income tax (12%) and profit tax (9.6%). The largest share of revenues comes from businesses and organizations of all forms of ownership. They generated 96.1% of the revenues of the consolidated budget (legal entities of state ownership 80.7% of total revenues). Individual entrepreneurs accounted for 2.5% of the budget revenues, individuals 1.4%. As of august 1, debts of business entities regarding payments to the budget amounted to Br16 billion, down Br4 billion since the beginning of the year. The tax authorities recovered tax debts worth Br205.8 billion, or 8.8% of total revenues. Vitebsk oblast has over 462,000 payers, including more than 16,700 legal entities, almost 30,000 individual entrepreneurs.БЕЛТА
