The Braslav District development program is in the pipeline. “Vitebsk Oblast, a northern region of the country, is promising for winter tourism development. Moreover, there are plans to upgrade an active alpine ski track in Mozyr in 2011. Famous ski resorts Silichi and Logoisk are especially popular with tourists. “Of course, there no large ski resorts in Belarus, like for example in Poland, however, existing ones attract a lot of visitors,” Vadim Karmazin stressed.
