Belarusian goods presented in Russian Pskov
VITEBSK, 23 July (BelTA) – An exhibition and fair of Belarusian goods opened in the Russian town of Pskov on 23 July. More than 20 Belarusian companies are taking part in the exhibition which will be running through 26 July, BelTA learnt from the Vitebsk office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry - the organizer of the Belarusian exhibition in Pskov. Belarusian producers will display a wide range of products – from foodstuffs to light industry’s goods. The exhibition and fair includes business meetings with potential Russian partners. The sides are expected to discuss the issues concerning the direct supplies of Belarusian goods to the Pskov oblast. It is the first exhibition organized by the Vitebsk department of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Pskov. In the future, it is expected to be organized once in three months on a permanent basis. In 2009, the Vitebsk department of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry intensified the work on strengthening the cooperation with the border regions of the Russian Federation and the Baltic states. In H1, the Vitebsk department organized around ten exhibition and fairs in Smolensk and St. Petersburg. The Vitebsk department of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is going to open its exhibition and fair in the North Administrative District of Moscow on a permanent basis.БЕЛТА
