Colonel Mikhail Matrosov has been appointed Deputy Commander of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Armed Forces of Belarus. He replaced Major General Dmitry Mikholap, who was appointed head of the Faculty of the General Staff of the Armed Forces - Deputy Head of the Military Academy of Belarus.
