The last lot sold at the auction this year by the "Vitebskoblimuschestvo" committee was the unused medical building of Orsha central polyclinic.

The sold complex includes the buildings of the catering unit, medical, surgical and obstetric-gynecological departments (total area 3291 sq. m.), As well as networks: water supply, sewerage and heating network.
