Representatives of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus will take part in the international observation of the referendum on amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, BelTA learned from the CEC. Belarusian agricultural workers have completed planting of vegetables, BelTA learned from the Agriculture and Food Ministry. As of 23 May, spring crops were planted on the area of 2,274,100 hectares.
