The biggest in the Vitebsk oblast sports centre will open on the base of the Luzhesno boarding school in December this year, BelTA learnt from director of the school Vladimir Shitko. There are plans to attract over $7 billion of foreign investments into the Belarusian economy, First Deputy Economy Minister of Belarus Piotr Zhabko told a press conference on October 15.
