VITEBSK, 12 July (BelTA) – Alena Lanskaya from Belarus is currently leading after the first day of the Vitebsk 2011 Song Contest, BelTA has learned.
The girl scored 89 points out of 90. Ukraine’s Vladimir Kvasnitsa and David Deil from Czech Republic are ranked second with 88 points each. Ruta from Lithuania landed third with 86 points. VITEBSK, 11 July (BelTA) – Great vocal skills of participants of the Vitebsk 2011 Song Contest reaffirms the prestige and high status of the contest, First Deputy Culture Minister of Belarus Vladimir Karachevsky told BelTA after a ceremony of drawing lots of the Vitebsk 2011 Song Contest.
