Over 50% of the tickets for events of the international art festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk have been sold, BelTA learned from the forum's Director Gleb Lapitsky before an offsite session of the festival's organizing committee.
According to the source, some 40,000-45,000 tickets have been sold or about 51% of the total number. Some 3,000 tickets were sold abroad: in Switzerland, Israel, Guinea, USA, and other countries. A lot of the tickets were bought in Russia and Latvia.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will work out measures to enhance the investment potential of Vitebskdrev. The folk art centers of Vitebsk and Smolensk signed a cooperation agreement, BelTA learned from the Vitebsk regional methodical center of folk art.
