The Vitebsk concert hall hosted an evening of modern choreography Clean Sheet. Diana Yurchenko's folk theater-studio of modern choreography of the Vitebsk center of culture performed at the event. The audience was shown a two-part Belarusian-language program.

India is interested in economic cooperation with Vitebsk Oblast in such areas as woodworking, water purification, pharmaceutics, and personnel training for oil processing industry.

On 2 March, the headquarters of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee hosted an event to sign the program of implementation of the cooperation agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Belarusian Orthodox Church in Vitebsk Oblast for 2021-2025.
