Vitebsk Oblast intends to rehabilitate 30 secondary education institutions using the loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in 2021-2022, Dmitry Khoma, head of the main education department of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee, told the media, BelTA has learned.
