Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed decree No.138 on 5 April to approve a draft Belarus-Venezuela intergovernmental agreement on air transportation as the basis for negotiations, the press service of the head of state told BelTA.
The Transport and Communications Ministry has been authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and sign it.
